Bobby Prochnau healing and hyped for Erzberg
RTR KTM’s Bobby Prochnau called www.offroadmotorcycles.ca to fill us in on how his healing is going. “In about two weeks I get the cast taken off and the pins out of my thumb,” he says. The raging elbow infection that left him hospitalized is pretty much gone, and he tells us that his elbow flexibility is getting better every day. Prochnau, who has kept up his cardio training during his injury, said, “I’ll be back on the bike as soon as I can, but taking it very easy at first so I don’t re-injure it before Erzberg.”
Prochnau also confirmed to www.offroadmotorcycles.ca he’d be racing the E3 class at the Royal Distributing Canadian Enduro Championships, Presented by Parts Canada, aboard a KTM 300 two-stroke.
The World Enduro Canada guys sent over this flyer for a pre-Erzberg fundraiser for Prochnau.
